HOW TO APPLY FOR RMS PROMOTIONAL CONSIDERATION

On your non-profit letterhead, please provide the following:

A minimum of 3 weeks notification is requested prior to your event date to insure timely shipping and delivery of product, banners and collateral material. Upon approval of your event by the RMS Promotions Department, a graphics CD will be mailed to you with the Official RMS logos and promotional information. These registered trademarks and graphical imaging remain the sole property of Rocky Mountain Sunscreen and cannot be used for any other purpose other than the approved event.

RMS Promotional Requirements for non-title sponsorship within the above listed states:

EVENT PARTICIPATION OUTSIDE OF REGIONAL AREA

If your event is outside the above states, RMS offers a non-profit promotional program designed to meet your event needs. A minimum of 2 weeks notification is requested prior to your event date to insure timely delivery of product.
