Rocky Mountain Sunscreen Goes Green for Events!
Promotional Gallons and Banners
In an attempt to reduce waste and promote protecting our environment, Rocky Mountain Sunscreen is exclusively offering large gallon pump dispensers of sunscreen for your local
Colorado event! Upon approval of your event, these gallons are available for check out at our main office located at 14700 West 66th Place, Suite #2, Arvada, CO 80004. At the conclusion of your event, we ask that the gallons be promptly returned so that they may be checked out for the next event. Failure to return these promotional gallons may result in your events not being considered for future promotional opportunities.

How to Apply for RMS Promotional Gallons at your Event in Colorado
A minimum of 6 weeks notification is requested prior to your event date. Please submit a letter to promotions@rmsunscreen.com or fax to (303) 940-9809 on event or company letterhead outlining the following items:
- Brief description identifying the nature of the event
- Target market of the event
- Anticipated number of participants
- Event date and time
- Any other pertinent information regarding your event
In exchange for use of the gallon pump dispensers we ask for one of more of the following based upon the level of sponsorship:
- Logo / Website Identification on brochure used to promote the event
- Logo / Website Identification on apparel, headwear or other media distributed at event
- RMS name mentioned throughout the event on Public Address announcements
RMS will provide necessary logos and promotional information upon agreement to provide gallons. These registered trademarks and graphical imaging remain the sole property of Rocky Mountain Sunscreen and cannot be sued for any other purpose than the approved event.
Event Participation Outside of Colorado
If your event is outside Colorado, RMS offers a non-profit promotional program designed to meet your event needs. A minimum of 2 weeks notification is requested prior to your event date to insure timely delivery of product. Simply contact RMS via email (promotions@rmsunscreen.com) or fax (303) 940-9809 with the following information:
On your non-profit letterhead, please provide the following:
- Brief description identifying the nature of the event
- Target market of the event
- Anticipated number of participants
- Event date and time
- Any other pertinent information regarding your event
Once your request is received and approved, we will email to you the non-profit discount price list. Again, kindly place your order 2 weeks prior to your event date to insure timely delivery of your order.
